Bespoke Hat or Fascinator Order

This is where you can order your custom handmade hat or fascinator from Fusanna. Here’s how it works:

• Describe what kind of headpiece you want.
• The fields will help you provide the most relevant information.
• Submit the form, so I can get in touch with you. Unless I have additional questions, I should be able to indicate a delivery time estimate, and a price offer.
• Please be aware that I will be asking a downpayment of 50% before your order goes in production.
• If you accept my offer, I will send you instructions how you can make a secure downpayment for your headpiece.
• As soon as the payment is processed, your order is validated.
• I will keep you posted about my progress.

Lead Times for Custom Hat Orders

Between first contact, consultation, production, and dispatch, you should allow at least 2-3 weeks for any hat order. Things are generally quicker in person, so if you have a chance to visit me at my boutique in Lyon, I encourage you to do so.

Depending on where you want your order shipped, the delivery might take anywhere from 3 days to a couple of weeks (for the most distant regions). If you’re ordering your hat outside of EU, you may need to pay additional import taxes.

Fusanna is a one-person operation. My lead times depend not only on the current backlog, but also on the availability of materials. I keep a healthy stock of felt capelines, ribbons, silk coupons, sinamay and other materials, but sometimes I will need to order supplies specifically for your headpiece. Naturally, this may further impact the delivery date.

Last but not least – I might need to consult with you during production, to make sure you get exactly what you wanted.
